Senior PM Josh Turnage has a diverse background in construction with 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, as well a Masters in Business Administration in Construction Management. As a licensed Certified General Contractor with many trades under his belt, Josh contributes significant management experience gained from various organizations, including Finfrock, Schmid Construction, and Envirostruct.
President Dee Marchman fell in love with construction at a very young age. Her father was a GC who taught Construction Management at USM, wrote scheduling textbooks for Primavera, SureTrak, and Microsoft Project. He was a District President for Habitat for Humanity, worked as an estimator for Brown and Root Ind. during summers, was a professional witness in construction lawsuits and spoke at many construction seminars, workshops and radio broadcast. Dee loved volunteering with Habitat, sitting in during her father’s classes, playing with blue prints in his office, and collecting toys at convention centers. Some of her favorite memories as a child was with her father walking historic districts for hours looking at houses. Her mother was a lead accountant and district manager for over 25 Exxon gas stations in the Central Florida area. Dee loved helping her mom with grand openings and company events. Dee says "Grand Openings are like waiting for spring flowers, you watch and oversee as it takes time as a building goes up... anticipating for that day when the doors open up budding with new customers waiting to enter." Dee inspires to build affordable single-family homes in the Central Florida area. |
