Senior Project Manager
Josh Turnage has a diverse background in construction with 29 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a Masters in Business Administration in Construction Management. As a licensed Certified General Contractor with many trades under his belt, Josh contributes significant management experience gained from various organizations, including Finfrock, Schmid Construction, and Envirostruct. Josh's ultimate dream was to build a hotel. As the project manager, he realized his vision by constructing the Surfside Inn & Suites, a 9-story (750-suite) hotel spanning over 550,000 sqft., along with a 4-story (527 stall) 185,421 sqft. parking garage.
Leveraging his expertise, Josh is now dedicated to helping others build their dreams.
